Her diverse clientele includes the English national football team and Event Agents for Blue Chip Companies: Dell, Deutsche Bank, Motorola, Wyeth, Roche, Johnson & Johnson, GE Healthcare and Samsung to name a few...

A British citizen, fluent in the Greek language, customs and mentality, Angela created Kipling Events to provide high levels of service and outstanding organisational standards with exceptional local knowledge. Angela is hard working, reliable and dedicated to making your event a success.

Mara Laggi - Director of Operations

Our resident Mancunian is also half Greek and has been organizing events all over Greece for the past 12 years, 6 of these have also been in a supervisory role. From leading agencies to reputable financial institutions, Mara has run a variety of high-calibre events with clients singing her praises for her straight-forward approach, can-do attitude and sense of fun!

When Mara is not off saving the day project-wise, she is rescuing strays in all shapes and forms and claims work at the shelter is her "puppy-therapy"

Christina Anastasopoulou - Sales Manager

Greek/Irish Christina has been showing family members around Greece since the tender age of five. With nearly 15 years' experience in organising events and showcasing Greece as an amazing destination, she thoroughly enjoys the process of bringing all elements together for a successful event. An avid story-teller herself, Christina loves listening carefully to our clients' stories and providing creative solutions to make events work.

Christina finds the fast-paced rhythm of events oddly restful after a weekend chasing after her toddler.

Maria Lympitaki - Project Executive

Maria holds a degree in Tourism Management and has reached her lucky seventh year in congresses and events. Maria is meticulous in her organisation and pays great attention to detail and seems inexhaustible. Her gracious and considerate attitude wins her many friends, but she will not rest until every element is perfectly set.

Though certain that where there is a will, there is a way at work, Maria has been pleasantly surprised to discover that her motto stayed true at home while training her cheerfully rambunctious pitbull.

Karen Welvis - Administration Assistant

Karen is our Belgian rock of organization and stability in the office, especially when the busy events seasons hit. Always calm under pressure and extremely efficient, Karen handles the day-to-day operations and ensures the rest of the team have everything they need in place to get the job done!

In tune with her super-efficient office persona, Karen's two dogs are already trained!

Julie Malone - Welcome Services Executive

Julie is the Welcome Services Executive for the branch office location in Crete. She has been working in Crete for 18 years and has extensive experience in the Greek tourism industry.

No event or visit to Crete is complete without partaking in Julie's knowledge and experience with the location. She is a master at providing the right excursion or tour to make your Cretan experience memorable.

Verity Kapetanou - Freelance Team Coordinator

Kipling Events has a fantastic team of freelance staff on guaranteed work contracts throughout the year. Most of them have been with us from the inception of the company and all of them are absolutely professional and very experienced in every client-facing facet of your event.

Verity is the energetic and hard-working coordinator of this team. Her wealth of experience includes work on the World Cup in S. Africa among other projects. Her training as a registered nurse and the many events she has worked on, have prepared her to anticipate every little detail and make our clients look great!
